Eligibility Management
Gives the admin visibility into the exact pipeline already specified in the Ecosystem Blueprint — without requiring them to understand EDI 834 or SFTP to use it.
What this page deliberately does not do: Manual, one-by-one member editing. Eligibility is a system-of-record problem (the employer’s HRIS/census file), not an admin-portal data-entry problem. Reconciliation language matches Blueprint terms exactly: added / terminated / changed / errored. When a file fails validation, admins see a plain-language explanation plus a direct link to contact support — never a raw parser error.
